With over $1 billion of properties sold, Edberg-Manuel is a leading luxury real estate expert and the founder of the Luxury Advisory Team at Christie’s International Real Estate Group, housed in the firm’s Flatiron office at 156 Fifth Ave.
As a sales veteran, she brings not only her in-depth knowledge of the intricacies of the New York City real estate and new development market, but also a global perspective which perfectly aligns with Christie’s international network spanning more than 50 countries and territories. Her team is composed of a group of specialists offering clients white-glove real estate services alongside a full suite of concierge offerings in art, design, and luxury goods. This holistic approach creates a highly tailored, world-class experience for buyers and sellers at the highest level of the market.
Acting as a global luxury real estate portfolio advisor to her clients, Edberg-Manuel brings 18 years of experience in New York City’s high-end real estate industry to Christie’s International Real Estate Group. Most recently she was a Senior Global Real Estate Advisor at Sotheby’s International Realty. She is the former associate director of sales for 520 Park Avenue, part of Zeckendorf Development Group. 520 Park Ave. is a 64-story limestone luxury residential tower, designed by Robert A M Stern Architects.
During her career, she has sold some of the most expensive residences in New York, including a $74M duplex, at the time the eighth-most expensive apartment sale ever recorded in NYC. In 2018 her team had the top two sales of the year, achieving an average sales price of over $5,000/sq. ft. They continued the trend the following year with over $285M in transaction volume and average sales prices of over $6,000/sq. ft.

Fluent in English, French, Swedish, and Spanish, Edberg-Manuel studied International Marketing at IMF in Sweden and Design at Fashion Forum in Paris, where she won the prestigious Dé d’or de la Haute Couture award for young designers. She served as fashion, architecture and design editor for the French Ideat Magazine. As a fashion model with Wilhelmina Agency, she travelled the world representing brands including Chanel, Armani and Yves Saint Laurent.
She holds designations of Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE) and Certified Buyers Representative (CBR). She is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), and New York Residential Agent Continuum (NYRAC). She has appeared on the Today Show, CBS The Early Show, House Hunters, RAI1, TF1, Bravo, and The View.
