In the last 12 months, which project, transaction, honor or accomplishment are you most proud of and why?
I am very proud of the lease we did with The Fashion Institute of Technology. We were able to package a large block of nearby space that enabled FIT to expand their campus, making room for more classrooms and students.
Who are three women- living or dead - that you would like to have drinks with and why? Eleanor Roosevelt: because she was way ahead of her time. Hillary Clinton: because there's a good shot she may be the next President. Catherine Deneuve: just because.
What was your first job and what did you learn from it?
My first job was writing for Walter Cronkite at CBS. I learned how much words matter.
