According to Rosewood Realty Group, Aaron Jungreis has closed two sales totaling $61.1 million: a $43 million sale on a multifamily portfolio of six elevator buildings in the Ditmas Park section consisting of 376 units; and another three-building portfolio sale for $18.1 million with 154 units. In the six building sale, Jungreis, president and founder of Rosewood, represented both the seller, Skyline NYC, LLC, a holding company for real estate investment firm Urban American Management, and the buyer, multifamily real estate investment firm Shamah Properties. The buildings include: 75-91 Hawthorne St.; 2015-2027 Foster Ave.; 2101 Bedford Ave.; 1-17 St. Paul's Court; 194-210 East 18th St. and 350 East 19th St. "The owner had it for about eight years and had worked the building a bit but there was still upside," said Jungreis, who added that the portfolio traded for about five cap. In the three building sale, Jungreis and David Berger represented the buyer, Sol Kopelowitz, a real estate investor who purchased a portfolio of three apartment buildings (157,000 s/f total) for $18.1 million. The three properties, 350 Empire Blvd. in Prospect Lefferts Gardens; 441 Brooklyn Ave. and 305 East 34th St. in East Flatbush, together have 154 units, most of which are rent stabilized. An investment sales brokerage team from Massey Knakal led by the company's chairman Bob Knakal, handled the sale for the seller, the real estate investment company, Urban American.
