Jung and Smith of Winick Realty Group rep tenant and landlord for 2,500 s/f

1800mattress.com has leased its third area location at 2417 Flatbush Ave., one block from Kings Plaza in the Flatbush - Ditmas Park neighborhood. The 2,500 s/f store was formerly home to Jennifer Convertibles. "This location sits on a main avenue in the heart of the Kings Plaza shopping district," said Winick Realty Group LLC's Tatiana Jung. "The area attracts a lot of customers not only from the Kings Plaza Mall but from the many residences nearby." Jung represented 1800mattress.com and landlord Prince Plaza Development Corp. in the transaction, along with Winick director Richard Smith. 1800mattress.com operates 500 stores nationwide. The new location at 2417 Flatbush Ave. is their 52nd in the northeast from Virginia to New Hampshire. "They are a great company and they've only gotten stronger," said Smith. "They are really going to make a splash in Brooklyn." Established in 1982, Winick Realty Group LLC is one of New York's prominent real estate firms specializing in retail leasing and advisory services. Over the years, Winick Realty has served a broad range of domestic and global clients, with a strong emphasis on long-term representation and expansion and growth strategies. Winick Realty Group LLC is highly recognized as a forerunner in the retail real estate market.
