Judelsohn of Pyramid negotiates 40,000 s/f lease

Wakefern Food Corp. (Price Rite Supermarket) has leased a 40,000 s/f free-standing property located at 1716 Kenmore Ave. from Kenmore Grocery LLC (the landlord). Arthur Judelsohn, senior executive director of Pyramid Brokerage Co., a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance Member, handled the negotiations for both the landlord and tenant. Price Rite Supermarket opened its first area store on March 23 at Stuyvesant Plaza. Judelsohn also negotiated the lease transaction for that location. Pyramid is a regional commercial real estate services firm with over 100 agents in offices across the state.
