Jersey City, NJ JRM Construction Management, a leader in innovative construction solutions, has completed the Birch House at 49 Fisk St. This new multifamily development embodies cutting-edge design and sustainable living in Jersey City's West Side submarket, marking a milestone in local real estate development.

The expansive project spans over 322,750 s/f and features a six-story building with 337 multifamily units, including a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. Birch House, a unique blend of luxury and practicality, includes a full suite of Class A amenities such as a fitness center, work lounge, game room, speakeasy bar lounge, and a courtyard pavilion and roof deck, all aimed at enhancing resident health and wellness and the potential for hybrid work models.

The building employs advanced construction techniques, including spread footings, grade beams, a CIP podium, and Com-Slab 14ga x-braced metal framing. The architectural finesse extends to the exterior with private balconies, brick and metal panels, cement fiberboards, and aluminum-clad windows, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal.

Kevin Griffin, vice president of BLDGS at JRM Construction, said, "We are thrilled to unveil Birch House, a project that reflects JRM's commitment to excellence and enhances the fabric of Jersey City. This development offers a unique blend of luxury and practicality, designed to meet the dynamic needs of its residents."
