JRM Construction Management selected as the construction services provider for Canada Goose

East Rutherford, NJ JRM Construction Management has been selected as the construction services provider for performance luxury brand, Canada Goose, on the interior of their new retail boutique at the American Dream destination.

The new retail boutique features a sales floor, complete with a fitting room, a cash wrap desk, and back-of-house support spaces including a manager's office, kitchen, staff lounge area, stockroom, receiving area, lockers, and restrooms.

The sales floor and cash area are porcelain tile, while the kitchen features a ceramic tile backsplash. The fitting room is features wood planks, and custom venetian plaster walls. The millwork is crafted from marble, white oak, and glass. The storefront features marble and glass elements.

The installation of air handling units, condensing units, and modifications to the sprinkler system were integrated into the renovation. A highlight of the project includes the installation of a new black veil metal finish and brushed stainless steel storefront system.

JRM Construction Management worked in tandem with Nudell Architects, Thorson Baker + Associates for MEP services, and Bliss Fassman for lighting design, to bring Canada Goose's vision to life.

The Canada Goose store opened in November 2023. The completion of this project marks another milestone in JRM Construction Management's portfolio of successful ventures, showcasing their expertise in delivering high-quality construction services for retail environments.
