Vestal, NY Lisa Menin of Jacobson Properties of New York, and Leo Jones of Cushman & Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage Company of Binghamton, arranged the sale of Our Lady of Lourdes Memorial Hospital Medical Office Building. The class A medical office building, which totals 57,000 s/f, was purchased by a major private healthcare buyer for $22 million.
