* Jobson represented Lowville Commons, LLC and brokered the $882,750 sale of an office building at 7550 South State St., Lowville to North Country Transitional Living Services, Inc.
* Jobson brokered the $220,000 sale of 724 State St., a mixed-use property in Watertown. She represented the seller Southeast Developers, LLC in the sale to CareNet of Northern New York.
