JLL leases 2 Alpine Court in Spring Valley for Murray Construction

JLL recently completed a new, direct lease for building owner Murray Construction at 2 Alpine Court. Weiss Realty Inc. signed a long-term lease for the entire 65,000 s/f warehouse and distribution building. Murray Construction and tenant Weiss Realty were represented by Howard Weinberg, executive vice president, and Dean Brody, vice president, both with JLL. The team worked closely with Brian Fitzsimons, director of leasing, with Murray Construction. "Weiss Realty found 2 Alpine Court to be ideal for its space needs," said Weinberg. "The company intends to renovate and modernize the warehouse and distribution building." The one-story 2 Alpine Court warehouse and distribution building is located at the intersection of Alpine Court and Route 45 in Spring Valley. The facility is near the New York State Thruway and the Garden State Parkway. The property features 25-foot ceiling heights, multiple loading docks, ample parking and an above-standard power system.
