EPIC Commercial Realty arranged the sale of a deal at 1166 Saint John's Place in Crown Heights. The site, located between Kingston and Albany Aves., contains a three-story, walk-up, mixed-use building. The property is located three blocks from the Kingston Avenue 2, 3, and 4 train station.
The property is currently built at 5,100 s/f and has additional air rights of 3,900. The building consists of four residential units and one commercial space. "This building was a great sale. It has the potential to be redeveloped with up to 13 units," said Yona Edelkopf.
Crown Heights is located in the central portion of Brooklyn. It is neighbored by Prospect Lefferts Gardens and Brownsville. The neighborhood is growing in popularity rather quickly with the increase of new developments, and shows to be a promising area in the near future.
