JLL completes four leases at NOMAD TOWER in Manhattan

New York, NY JLL has completed a total of 75,880 s/f of leasing in four transactions at Global Holdings Management Group’s NOMAD TOWER, 1250 Broadway, in New York City. 

Global law firm Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian expanded for 14,906 s/f of space on the entire 24th floor; fintech firm Ridgeline Apps (founded by PeopleSoft founder Dave Duffield) signed for 14,906 s/f of space on the entire 14th floor; global public affairs and communications firm APCO Worldwide signed for 15,356 s/f of space on the entire 31st floor, and data security and analytics firm Varonis Systems, Inc. renewed for 30,712 s/f of space on the entire 28th and 29th floors. 

Owner Global Holdings Management Group was represented by Paul Glickman and Mitchell Konsker, vice chairmen; Benjamin Bass, managing director; Diana Biasotti, senior vice president, and Kristen Morgan, associate vice president with JLL. Gunderson Dettmer was represented by John Mambrino, vice chairman, and Nicholas Farmakis, executive managing director, with Savills. Ridgeline Apps was represented by David Hollander, vice chairman, and Alex D’Amario, first vice president, with CBRE Group. APCO Worldwide was represented by David Mahoney and Joseph DeRosa, senior vice presidents, with CBRE Group. Varonis Systems, Inc. was represented by Jamie Katcher, executive managing director, and Douglas Regal, executive director, with Cushman & Wakefield. 

A recent major capital improvement campaign and repositioning effort in NOMAD TOWER offers new lobby and amenities, including a two-story amphitheater with seating for nearly 100 people, state-of-the-art fitness center, conference rooms, bike ramp, Irving Farm coffee, a messenger center, concierge services, and a multi-faceted, tenant-only amenity lounge with ping pong, pool and arcade games. The 39-story tower is LEED Certified Gold and Energy Star certified, as well as Wired Certified Gold, offering best-in-class broadband and fiber connectivity. 

NOMAD TOWER stands within two blocks of 12 subway lines including the 1-2-3-B-D-F-M-N-Q-R-W-6. The building provides direct access to the PATH, stands in walking distance to Grand Central and Metro-North, and is within one block of Penn Station and the LIRR, Amtrak, NJ Transit.
