JEMB Realty & KSR Capital sign TurboTax to 2,500 s/f retail lease at One Willoughby Square

Brooklyn, NY JEMB Realty has completed the signing of a long-term retail lease with Intuit TurboTax at One Willoughby Sq., the landmark commercial destination. Intuit TurboTax will occupy 2,500 s/f at the base of the tower, neighboring the CorePower Yoga Brooklyn flagship and marking the major financial services brand’s second Brooklyn location.

Michael Remer of JLL represented the tenant in the transaction. Jack Hamadani, Freddy Souid, and Darren Kassin of KSR represented the landlord.

Intuit TurboTax’s presence at One Willoughby Sq. will bring expanded financial services access directly to the downtown community.
