I was approached by a mezz lender with whom we recently financed a mixed use building on the UES. The developer acquiring the site had a TOE clause in his P&SA that was set to expire. We worked around the clock and closed the transaction in six business days. There's something about time sensitive deals that get's my blood flowing.
