JDS and Property Markets Group hold Stella Tower's Actors Fund event

JDS Development Group and Property Markets Group, the development team behind residential condominium conversion building Stella Tower, held an event at the building in conjunction with The Actors Fund to celebrate the organization's new partnership with the building. The evening welcomed high-end donors from The Actors Fund and included speeches from its president and CEO Joseph Benincasa, and Vickey Barron of Douglas Elliman, co-director of sales at Stella Tower. Guest were able to tour available residences and were treated to a guest performance by actress/singer Liz Callaway. Stella Tower, located at 425 West 50th St. between Ninth and Tenth Aves., is an 18-story building located in the Hell's Kitchen neighborhood. Originally designed in 1927 by Art Deco architect Ralph Walker, and completed in 1930 for the New York Telephone Company, Stella Tower has been converted into 51 residences.
