"However, for me it's always been more about relationships than transactions. I know that be being proactive, providing valuable information, sharing insights and helping clients whenever they need the assistance, goes a long way to building long-lasting relationships." Jawdat is an active member of the real estate industry and local business community. Among his professional affiliations is his role as a Member of the Board of Directors for the Nesconset Chamber of Commerce, as well as involvement with the International Council of Shopping Centers. Jawdat's team currently consists of two additional real estate consultants and an administrative coordinator.
