Jawdat starts New York Commercial Real Estate

Despite today's difficult market conditions, one of Long Island's leading commercial real estate brokers has formed a new company. Jack Jawdat, formerly with Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate (Medford, N.Y.) is now President of New York Commercial Real Estate, Ltd. The firm is providing comprehensive commercial real estate services ranging from office, industrial, retail and investment property sales and leasing to land development, build-to-suit, and property management services. According to Jawdat, who previously has earned his industry's top sales honors including consecutive President's Circle, Leading Edge Society, Chairman's Circle Gold and Platinum awards, "While the current economy is challenging, it also presents a greater need for "Best in Class" real estate marketing strategies and the application of sound economic principles which is exactly what we are providing at New York Commercial Real Estate.
