His professionalism and integrity have earned him a steady stream of referrals and a client base which includes many sophisticated investors, property owners, businesses, medical groups and national tenants. His strong relationships with numerous municipalities across the region are another reason he has been able to facilitate many high profile transactions.
Jawdat's value-added services have also been instrumental in his growing client base.
"Supporting clients on appraisals, 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, relocations and construction projects and in other matters pertaining to their real estate needs can be time consuming," said Jawdat.
