What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2020?
We did not fire, layoff or furlough any employees due to COVID-related or economic conditions. AFA has always run conservatively compared to most companies so that we would not be as impacted during economic downturns. This proved to beneficial during 2020. When unemployment skyrocketed, we were able to keep our work force intact.
