How do you manage the work/life balance?
By staying organized and prioritizing what needs to get done, I manage to make time for the personal things which are important to me. Changes in technology have also given me a lot more flexibility as to where I work, so I can be available to my clients on a broader basis and get things done when needed. I can even get online on a laptop on our sailboat now.
