While there were many accomplishments, we believe the most satisfying was to be a part of two strategic medical developments that cater to a full spectrum of individuals from adults to children. This included the $4 million redevelopment and revisioning of Windsong Radiology Group's flagship location in Williamsville and the $3 million build-to-suit development of the Wehrle Professional Center, home to pediatric specialties including anchor tenant Williamsville Pediatrics, Hearing Evaluation Services, Hearing & Speech Center of WNY and pediatric dentist Dr. Mary Beth Dunn, DDS. What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2010? Our most notable project was the rezoning and redevelopment of the property on Maple and Ayer Rds, in Amherst. This included a 10-week fast-track redevelopment of an existing 18,000 s/f church into the Pediatric and Adolescent Urgent Care Center which opened in November. We are also currently signing tenants for a 46,000 s/f build-to-suit opportunity on the property. What predictions do you have for commercial real estate in 2011? We predict that we will see a shift in momentum from the strong medical-based construction that we have experienced over the past decade to a more commercial focus as corporations begin to expand and revision their real estate model.
