Izaki Group Investments begins closings at The Harper - 145,000 s/f luxury residence

Manhattan, NY Global development firm Izaki Group Investments (IGI) have commenced closings at The Harper, located in the Upper East Side at 310 E. 86th St. The limestone-clad luxury condominium features 38-stories and 63 residences, ranging from two to four bedrooms, each designed by architect ODA, in a 145,000 s/f tower.

At The Harper, ODA brings its imaginative and mold-breaking process to one of the city’s most historic residential neighborhoods, creating a design that celebrates The Harper’s location and its surrounding architecture, imbuing it with a modern twist aided by technological advances in design and construction.

“ODA’s project stands as a stylish, distinctive building in one of New York City’s most dynamic neighborhoods,” said Eldad Blaustein, CEO of IGI. “Now that the amenities are completed, we’ve seen a significant increase in activity in terms of traffic and deals. Buyers truly appreciate the thoughtful design, the level of finish and the immediate occupancy. We couldn’t be more excited to welcome the first residents to the building.”

Residents of The Harper will enjoy a range of amenities and services to meet the interests of all residents at any age. A suite of lifestyle offerings for residents of all ages includes a fully equipped fitness center, music center with separate podcast/practice room, children’s art room, children’s playroom with custom playroom structure by indoor amusement company, and a games lounge, plus a pet spa, laundry, private storage and bike room. Additionally, The Harper has partnered with local businesses to activate the amenities. School of Rock is providing one year of complementary group lessons and Robofun is offering one year of complementary group art lessons for residents.

The ground-up building, offering a modern vision of residential life in the city, is located at one of the Upper East Side’s most dynamic and transit-rich intersections, with access to the FDR Dr. and major airports. The location on East 86th St. is bookended by Central Park to the west, and Carl Schurz Park, Gracie Mansion – to the east, with New York destinations such as The Metropolitan Museum of Art, The Guggenheim and Fifth and Park Aves. all nearby.
