What was your most notable project, deal or transaction of 2011? My most notable transaction was representing the purchaser and seller of 1414 6th Ave. for $72 million. The 17- story building, on the corner of 58th St., is in the process of being converted into a hotel. What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2012? I believe 2012 is going to be a very strong year for commercial real estate, especially Manhattan.
