Itzhaki Properties (IPR B&H, Inc.) arranged the recent sale of 516 12th St in Park Slope. The quaint three-story, nine-unit apartment building, sold for $2.7 million by Itzhaki Properties' managing partner and CEO, Yona Edelkopf. This gorgeous property is located across the street from Prospect Park and three blocks from Bartel Pritchard Square as well as the F and G subway stations.
