Ridgewood is hot right now," said Mike Rybinskov about the sale. The classic brick building lies on a tree-lined block in historic Ridgewood between Cypress and Saint Nicholas Avenues. The neighborhood, in close proximity to Brooklyn, is quaint and residential while still contributing to the unique cultural diversity of the borough. The property is conveniently located two blocks from the Seneca Ave M and Myrtle-Wyckoff Ave L subway stations, giving tenants easy access to and from Manhattan.
