Itzhaki Properties secures sale of 516 12th Street for $2.7 million

Itzhaki Properties (IPR B&H, Inc.) arranged the recent sale of 516 12th St in Park Slope. The quaint three-story, nine-unit apartment building, sold for $2.7 million by Itzhaki Properties' managing partner and CEO, Yona Edelkopf.
