Island Associates complete three leases for retail space in FL

Island Associates successfully negotiated three lease agreements for retail space at Sunrise Plaza in Brooksville, FL and Marion Oaks Plaza in Marion Oaks, FL.

Lady Dawg Internet Cafe entered a lease agreement for 3000 s/f of retail space at 31078 Cortez Blvd., Brooksville, FL on a long-term lease. Lady Dawg is doing a gut renovation of the space and constructing a new internet cafe to service the Brooksville area.

Villalongin Taco entered a lease agreement for 1200 s/f of retail space at 31078 Cortez Blvd., Brooksville, FL on a long-term lease. Villalongin is constructing a new take-out quick service taco restaurant to service the Brooksville area.  Lady Dawg and Villalongin join co-tenants Winn Dixie Supermarkets, Beef O’Brady Restaurant, Access Health Care, River Ridge Animal Clinic, Jericho Road Thrift Store, Any Time Fitness.  

Sweet Treats Ice Cream Parlor entered a lease agreement for 700 s/f of space at 184 Marion Oaks Blvd., Marion Oaks FL. Sweet Treats will operate as an ice cream parlor servicing the Marion Oaks community. They will be joining co-tenants Winn Dixie Supermarkets, Ocala Credit Union, San Juan Restaurant, New York Pizza, Terrace Liquors and others
