Isa and Tregerman of Winick Realty Group complete 2,150 s/f lease for GRK Fresh

GRK Fresh currently operating at 111 Fulton St., has signed a lease for its second Manhattan location at 451 Lexington Ave. in the Grand Central area. GRK Fresh leased 2,150 s/f of ground-floor space, where they will serve yogurt imported directly from Greece, as well as locally-purveyed meat, fresh vegetables and more to the many office workers and tourists who populate the neighborhood. According to Winick Realty Group brokers Joseph Isa and Brian Tregerman, who represented GRK Fresh in the lease transaction, the restaurant specifically sought out a Midtown location and the owners were drawn to 451 Lexington Ave. because of its proximity to Grand Central Station and the 42nd Street retail corridor. "While there are many different food operators in this area, GRK Fresh will be the only Greek concept, adding new variety to the neighborhood," said Isa and Tregerman. Landlord Regency Development was represented by David LaPierre, Sean Moran and Steve Sjurset of CBRE Group.
