The $6.5 million project, spearheaded by Total Fire Protection owners Joseph Capone and Robert Catalano, has been a cornerstone of the company’s continued success. As the visionaries behind the development, they led the project and provided the construction financing, ensuring it would meet TFP’s expanding needs while reflecting its commitment to excellence.

A Collaborative Effort for a World-Class Facility
The project team, including the renowned Spector Group as architects and engineers and Unity Construction as the general contractor and construction manager, worked harmoniously to deliver a top-tier facility. From conception to completion, the project exemplified quality, innovation, and collaboration.

Capone and Catalano’s dedication to the vision ensured that the team, including all architects, engineers, and construction professionals, worked seamlessly to bring the new headquarters to life. With Unity Construction overseeing the project management, the development was completed on time and within budget, showcasing a new hub for Total Fire Protection’s growing team.
