IREM welcomes Belanger as CPM to their organization at a recent luncheon

The Greater New York Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management recently welcomed one more certified property manager to their organization at a recent luncheon held at the New York Helmsley Hotel. Terry Anne Havel, CPM and vice president of membership for IREM had the honor of swearing in Denise Belanger of Peter Hirschmann Inc. Commented Havel, "The CPM is recognized industry-wide as a mark of distinction. Because of the academic, business and ethical requirements to join our organization, each of our members have truly earned this distinction, and we are always proud to welcome a new CPM to our chapter."
