Consolo of Prudential Douglas Elliman keynote speaker at monthly luncheon

Faith Hope Consolo, chair of the retail leasing and sales division at Prudential Douglas Elliman, was the keynote speaker at a recent monthly luncheon of the Greater New York Chapter of the Insititue of Real Estate Management. Her lively talk focused on recent trends in NYC's retail market. Consolo said, "New York City is where brands are made." Regardless of the current credit crisis, demand and rents will continue to spiral upward because everyone wants to be here. Frank Socci, CPM, IREM Greater New York Chapter president said "Faith's candid and often humorous insights in the Manhattan retail market was like a breath of fresh air. No one lays their cards on the table like her."
