IREM to hold luncheon on May 28th and golf outing on June 26th

The Greater New York chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) will hold the following two upcoming events: * A monthly luncheon meeting on Wednesday, May 28th from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at The Union League Club, 38 East 37th St. The luncheon will feature keynote speaker Timothy Lynch, assistant commissioner, investigative engineering services, N.Y.C. Dept. of Buildings. The luncheon's topic will focus on "Façades, Handrails & Guards." A networking cocktail hour will be hosted by Kamen Tall Architects. * The Joint Annual Golf Outing between IREM and BOMA - Long Island on Thursday, June 26th.
