IREM NYC president Powell installs new members

Manhattan, NY IREM NYC chapter president Randall Powell, CPM had the honor of installing newly-certified members at the annual rooftop cocktail party at 230 Fifth. With a crowd of over 100 listening, Powell read IREM’s Code of Professional Ethics and the Ferrara Management Group’s Antonio Barone, CPM; Dawn Lombardo, CPM and Alexis Ferrara, CPM and Related Management Company’s Lisa Harrell, ARM officially became certified members of IREM. A big cheer erupted and a celebration ensued.
