Manhattan, NY Tishman Speyer said that Madewell has signed a long-term lease for 7,340 s/f at 1 Rockefeller Plaza.
The new store, located at 1 Rockefeller Plaza and slated to open in 2027, marks Madewell’s first location at Rockefeller Center and reflects the continued momentum of brands choosing the campus for foot traffic, cultural relevance, visibility, and connection to New York City’s global audience.
Over the past several years, Rockefeller Center has evolved beyond a traditional retail environment into a dynamic platform for commerce, culture, media, entertainment, and community. Today, the campus attracts millions of annual visitors alongside a growing ecosystem of category defining brands spanning fashion, hospitality, dining, wellness, and entertainment.
Madewell offers premium denim, apparel, and accessories for women and men.
