IREM NYC offers members career advancement scholarships

Minority Scholarship and became an ARM! He shared the moment with
his mother and his wife.

New York, NY IREM NYC has been fortunate to have two members, each of whom worked tirelessly to further the education of young minority professionals by serving as exemplary role models, leaders and mentors. Though they are no longer with us, we honor their memory and lifelong commitment to IREM and the field of property and asset management profession by continuing their tradition of educating IREM members. Interested professionals looking to take their careers to the next level, IREM NYC encourages them to apply.

  • Sandra M. Kerin Memorial Minority Scholarship: Full tuition to become an ACoM (Accredited Commercial Manager) or ARM (Accredited Residential Manager)
  • George M Brooker Memorial Minority Scholarship: Tuition for one required course for the CPM® (Certified Property Manager)

To apply for either scholarship you must be a U.S. citizen and at least 18 years old; a member of IREM NYC; and have at least one year of relevant real estate property management experience.
