Eighteen students learned the many different aspects of being an effective residential property manager — budgeting, leasing, maintenance, risk management, resident relations and retention. The ARM is the residential property management certification that teaches early-career real estate managers the core competencies to manage residential properties successfully.

Jason Silver of American Pipe & Tank, a long-time IREM NYC industry partner, brought lunch for the class and spoke to them about his family’s fourth-generation water tank business.
