Dawning Real Estate is also being honored as IREM NYC’s AMO (Accredited Management Organization the Year) at IREM’s 2024 Annual Dinner & Awards on Thursday, March 7^th from 6-9 at 230 Fifth in NYC. Carpenter will serve as the 2025 IREM president.
