IREM NYC 2024 Annual Dinner & Awards to honor Dawning RE

This year marks the 25th anniversary of her company, Dawning Real Estate, a full service property and asset management firm located in Staten Island. Dawning Real Estate is also being honored as IREM NYC’s AMO (Accredited Management Organization the Year) at IREM’s 2024 Annual Dinner & Awards on Thursday, March 7th from 6-9 at 230 Fifth in NYC. Carpenter will serve as the 2025 IREM president. Carpenter’s commitment to excellence, whether in the properties she oversees and manages or in the many hours she has volunteered as a leader in the real estate community is unparalleled.
