IREM NYC honors president Powell as REAP’s Reaper of the Year

New York, NY IREM NYC president Randall Powell, CPM was honored as Project REAP’s (Real Estate Associate Program) New York City Reaper of the Year on Wednesday, May 1st at the organization’s Silver Jubilee celebration led by G. Lamont Blackstone, past chairman of Project REAP.

REAP’s mission is to advance diversity, equity and inclusion in the commercial real estate industry through education, mentorship, and partnerships. The event highlighted REAP’s impact on diversifying the CRE talent pipeline for 25 years.

It has accomplished this and more, and I am forever grateful for the transformative impact REAP has had on my professional journey.”
