IREM honors Riguardi with Certified Property Manager Emeritus Award

Edward Riguardi, CPM, was honored at a recent luncheon of the Greater New York Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management. Riguardi was presented with the Certified Property Manager Emeritus Award for his twenty years of service and commitment to the organization. With more than 40 years of experience in the New York commercial real estate industry, Riguardi has been called the "Dean of Property Management in New York." Formerly a managing director at Jones Lang LaSalle, he now serves as a consultant in the firm's leasing and management department. IREM Greater NY chapter president James Hayden, CPM, said, "It is an honor to stand beside Ed Riguardi. He embodies all that IREM stands for - ethics, education and excellence."
