First Quality Maintenance acquires M.A.S Electrical

First Quality Maintenance, the janitorial division of Alliance Building Services, recently acquired M.A.S Electrical Maintenance, LLC. FQM has named Michael Sica, as vice president of electrical services. With experienced and well-trained professionals executing these projects, lighting and electrical services will include: structured and cost effective lighting retrofit programs, scheduled lighting maintenance inspections as well as on-call service. For over seven years, Sica owned and operated M.A.S Electrical Contracting Company. With a master electrical license, he has provided comprehensive electrical services throughout the tri-state area. "I am excited to be on board with FQM," said Sica. "Together we are committed to providing a comprehensive portfolio of quality services, in which lighting and electrical enhancements play a vital role."     "With the addition of this service, we are able to offer our clientele increased productivity and cost effectiveness," said Michael Rodriguez, president of First Quality Maintenance. "We are thrilled to be working with Mike Sica and to be significantly developing our lighting and maintenance program as a means to further expand our services."
