IREM chapter #26 honors its past presidents at October event: Next event - Breakfast Roundtable on November 9th

New York, NY IREM chapter #26 honored the past presidents of their organization at their October 21st event at the Union League Club. On hand to celebrate were Nicholas Stolatis, CPM; Terry Anne Havel, CPM, Sterling Properties; past and present president Paul Gottsegen, CPM, Halstead; Gail Duke, CPM, NY Life and Jeffrey Klarfeld, CPM, Halstead.

Jessica Tusing, a property manager with Argo, celebrated her fifth anniversary as an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM).

• November 9, 2016: Breakfast roundtable discussion presented by Greater New York Insurance Companies. Discussions will include “Risk Transfer: What property managers and owners need to know.” The event will be held at The Union League Club, 38 East 37th St. from 8 - 10 a.m. The cost is $60 per person. The networking “coffee hour” will be sponsored by Greater NY Insurance Companies. Jacket and tie are required.

• IREM will hold their Annual Dinner and Awards event on Thursday, January 26th, 2017 at 230 FIFTH, an outdoor rooftop garden and fully enclosed penthouse lounge. Cocktails start at 6:30 p.m., with dinner at 7:30 p.m. The cost is $250 per person. The event will feature Special Recognition Awards, including the presentation of Real Estate Person of the Year to Diane Ramirez, chairman & CEO, Halstead, The event is sponsored by: Durnan Group Managers, GNY Insurance Companies and Mackoul & Associates, Inc. It is black tie optional.
