Investor Management Services launches new features to CRE platform

Charlotte, NC Investor Management Services, LLC (IMS) has launched a major release of its award-winning platform with added features for both clients and investors.

Experts in software for CRE operators, IMS helps the top commercial real estate owners in the country manage their investors while providing back-office efficiencies such as distributions and investor communications.

IMS recently took home the NREI/IMN award for Most Innovative Back Office Technology Provider and is also a semi-finalist in the NMHC Launch Pad Innovation Award. NMHC Launch Pad Competition will announce the winner on November 14th.

The newly updated platform features two key components. The first is an investor-facing front end which provides 24/7 access to account information and services. Investors will have individualized access to their current holdings, performance and return metrics, historical documentation, and activities.

The second component is the back-office platform which provides a solution to streamline mundane, time-consuming tasks with features such as waterfall calculations, distribution automation, document management, chart creation and a snapshot of the client’s net worth.
