Inserra and Schneider of NAI LI broker two leases totaling 2,230 s/f

Hauppauge, NY Carmine Inserra, principal, and Paul Schneider, senior director of NAI Long Island have brokered two leases at 2150 Joshua’s Path totaling 2,230 s/f.

In the first lease, Inserra and Schneider represented the tenant, Biltwel General Contracting Corp., and the landlord, in a new 1,134 s/f lease of an office space.

In the second lease, Inserra and Schneider arranged a 1,096 s/f office lease renewal for GSRP Ventures Corp. They also represented the tenant and landlord.
