Thor leases 1,050 s/f to Yves Salomon

Thor Equities, a global leader in urban real estate development, leasing and management, has leased 1,050 s/f of retail space at 786 Madison Ave. to Yves Salomon, according to company executives. "Madison Ave. on the Upper East Side is the ideal location for Yves Salomon's expansion into New York City, due to its proximity to some of the most fashionable high-end boutiques in New York," said Melissa Gliatta, executive vice president of Thor Equities. The Paris-based fashion house specializing in furs, clothing and accessories is subleasing the space from Luigi Borrelli, a Naples-based upscale boutique. Yves Salomon retail stores are also located in Aspen, Paris, Saint-Tropez and Moscow. 786 Madison Ave. is surrounded by high-end retailers including Oscar de la Renta, J. Mendel, Michael Kors, Judith Ripka, and watchmaker A. Lange & Söhne.
