Langer of Zelnik & Co. reps Dos Toros Taqueria in 1,200 s/f lease in Cobble Hill
Dos Toros Taqueria, NYC's popular Bay-area style burrito outpost, has signed a lease at 64 Court St. in Cobble Hill, for 1,200 s/f on the ground floor with additional space in the basement. The asking rent for the space was $200 per s/f. This will be the Mexican chain's eighth location in New York and second in Brooklyn.
As their exclusive agent, Adam Langer of Zelnik & Company, represented Dos Toros on the deal. Tivon Forman, of Rolling Stone Realty, represented the landlord.
"We had been looking in this market for quite a while because of its dense office population," said Langer. "There is also a lot of new residential development happening in the neighborhood and Dos Toros is excited to be a part of the community."
Previously home to Esquire Bank, Dos Toros is slated to open at 64 Court St. this summer.
