The Besen Group hires broker Ebersman

Justin "Jud" Ebersman has joined The Besen Group as senior broker, where he will be conducting investment sales and retail leasing in Manhattan for the company. In his most recent role as vice chairman at Walter & Samuel, Ebersman oversaw acquisitions and leasing. As part of one of the most successful cooperative and condominium converters in Manhattan since 1976, he was involved in numerous conversions, and was a nominee for REBNY's "Most Ingenious Deal of The Year" for his creative retail lease transactions on several occasions. Prior to Walter & Samuel, Ebersman spent 17 years at Sulzberger-Wolfe Inc., presently known as The Rolfe Group. One of the leading full-service residential real estate firms, he was involved in leasing, sales and asset management. Ebersman is a member of REBNY, and previously a member of the Retail and Investment Sales Brokers committees. He is a graduate of The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. A native New Yorker, he was born and raised in Manhattan, where he continues to reside.
