Chan wins scholarship from YMWREA

On behalf of the Young Men's/Women's Real Estate Association of New York, the organization congratulates the inaugural winner of the David Winoker Scholarship for YMWREA, Karl Chan. The organization received many deserving applications, however Chan stood out to the board of governors who unanimously agreed that Chan is well deserving of such award. Chan is an MBA candidate, class of 2015, at Columbia Business School and has participated in YMWREA events with aspirations of joining the New York real estate industry one day. David Winoker was an important member of the organization and a very well respected figure within the New York real estate industry and the organization is pleased that Chan will be receiving this scholarship in his honor.
