What trend or change in commercial real estate do you believe will have the biggest impact over the next five years? I believe AI will have the greatest impact on commercial real estate over the next five years, not by making the workplace less relevant, but by evolving the experience for employees.

>What was the most rewarding project or deal you’ve worked on in the past 12 months, and why? The most rewarding project I worked on was developing and rolling out a national mentorship program for operations managers.

What was the most rewarding project or deal you’ve worked on in the past 12 months, and why? One of the most meaningful transactions I’ve closed over the past year was the acquisition of 36 East 73rd Street, where I represented a West Coast-based family office at the intersection of technology, AI, and fashion.

What leadership lesson has made the greatest impact on your career? The greatest leadership lesson I’ve learned is that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to leading people.

What was the most rewarding project or deal you’ve worked on in the past 12 months, and why? Closing the financing and reaching the topping out of Link Apartments, 8 Carlisle has been the highlight of my year.

What was the most rewarding project or deal you’ve worked on in the past 12 months, and why? Any of the 10+ NYCHA PACT transactions we’ve financed. I grew up in NYCHA housing — mice in my bedroom, peeling paint, elevators that reeked of urine.

What was the most rewarding project or deal you’ve worked on in the past 12 months, and why? Working on office-to-residential conversions has been incredibly rewarding. Our team has found unexpected, creative solutions to help clients meet their goals within the constraints of existing buildings.

What was the most rewarding project or deal you’ve worked on in the past 12 months, and why? The Monitor Point Project, which was approved by the city council in July. This project is an excellent example of public-private partnership, and when completed will deliver over 1,300 units of housing with 50% permanently affordable.

What was the most rewarding project or deal you’ve worked on in the past 12 months, and why? Representing Babylist on their 20,000 s/f flagship lease on Bdwy. was my most rewarding and most personal project of the last 12 months. I was an early Babylist customer, back in 2013, and watched the company grow from afar since then.

What was the most rewarding project or deal you’ve worked on in the past 12 months, and why? This past year, I led the implementation of new audit technologies and data-driven processes within Baker Tilly x Anchin’s Real Estate Group.

b>What leadership lesson has made the greatest impact on your career? The leadership lesson that has had the greatest impact on my career is the importance of leading with passion. In commercial real estate and retail law, the work can be complex, fast-paced, and demanding. While technical expertise is essential, I have found that passion inspires teams and builds client confidence.

What was the most rewarding project or deal you’ve worked on in the past 12 months, and why? The most rewarding project I’ve worked on this year was the sale of the Wake Robin Inn in Lakeville, CT. The property is situated on a private hilltop overlooking 11 acres of rolling hills in Litchfield County in the northwest hills of Connecticut.
