What was the most rewarding project or deal you’ve worked on in the past 12 months, and why? I led an advisory project for a beloved London-based operator entering New York City, an opportunity to bring our home market to life for those who don’t live and breathe it daily.
What was the most rewarding project or deal you’ve worked on in the past 12 months, and why? One of the most rewarding experiences has been leading Maman’s national real estate strategy during its transformation from a six-unit concept to a national brand with more than 60 locations.

What was the most rewarding project or deal you’ve worked on in the past 12 months, and why? The Sky Zone deal at East River Plaza stands out as the most rewarding project of the past year. It required relocating Planet Fitness to the FDR level and working around Ashley Furniture’s planned departure, combining both spaces into a single 36,000 s/f footprint for Sky Zone.
What leadership lesson has made the greatest impact on your career? The leadership lesson that has made the greatest impact on my career is that effective leaders create opportunities for others to learn through observation and experience.
What was the most rewarding project or deal you’ve worked on in the past 12 months, and why? This year, I refinanced a deal that was the catalyst for a family to begin their successful portfolio of shopping centers.
What trend or change in commercial real estate do you believe will have the biggest impact over the next five years? We all have an eye, or two, on AI and how its continued advancement will impact CRE in the short and long term.

I’m currently working on several exciting projects, ranging from corporate interior renovations to base building upgrades for some of New York City’s most prestigious landlords and iconic commercial properties.
