Flaum Management Company, Inc. has brokered the sale of the former Krispy Kreme at 1150 Jefferson Rd. The 4,428 SF building was purchased by Frontier Development, a Miami based developer for an undisclosed amount. Michael Palumbo, C.O.O of Flaum Management Company, Inc. represented the seller GE Capital on this transaction.
