Nouvini of Nouvini Properties Investments brokers apartment portfolio sale
David Nouvini of Nouvini Property Investments sold 25 family apartment buildings. Andrew Brenner, of Prime Realty Properties and Management, represented the buyer, MSJ Properties, as well as the seller. The sales price was not disclosed.
Nine Beach Walk, one of the two buildings, is adjacent to the Island Park beach. Both buildings are three story walk-ups with on-site parking. Rentals include both studios and one bedroom units.
