The property consists of six office suites totaling 7,812 s/f and currently houses Williams Tax Services, Kolb Corp., and Goodbody Physical Rehabilitation, as its main tenants. This property is the second of four office buildings planned for the Office Park, which will total 85,000 s/f. The borrower is a leading developer of innovative and affordably priced professional and medical office suites in western New York.
